Land Valuation Section: Responsible for implementing standard land value regulations, monitoring land price trends, assessing market value for land expropriation, real price registration, preparing current land value tables, correcting land value data, and reporting changes.
Land Use Section: Responsible for public land management, land rights, land use, public services, document management, document receipt and dispatch, seals, general affairs, cashier duties, and research and evaluation tasks.
