Based on the regulations, applicants should prepare all application documents and service fees before filing the application. We offer one-on-one assistance to help you complete the registration forms. After submitting the documents and paying the fees, you can then hand them in to the inspectors for review. We provide a single collection window for all services.
Applicable targets: whoever (including professional agent of land registration) goes to the land office to file applications of registration.
Types of registration we accept:
- Registration of mortgage cancellation
- Registration of change in domicile
- Registration of change in name
- Registration of building number adjustment
- Registration of the exchange of the certificate
- Registration of rectification(limited to errors in name, date of birth, ID number, address, etc., with corrections filed by the household registration office)
completing time: completing the document within an hour after receiving (completing time will be longer if there are over 3 documents to be dealt with)
Reminder for applicants: Applicant should bring ID copy, personal stamp, and all necessary documents and go to the counter personally.
